It's About Time by Carol J. Perry (Paperback)

It's About Time is a spooky cozy mystery by Carol J. Perry, a spin-off of her Witch City Mysteries set in Salem, Massachusetts, starring Lee's Aunt Ibby. A one-year-old's birthday party is interrupted when Detective Pete Mondello arrives with a search warrant for a tenant's apartment. Inside, Ibby is stunned to find what look like paintings stolen from a museum in 1972, and the artist renting the place, linked to a shady group, has vanished.
