Ivy + Bean by Annie Barrows (Paperback)

Ivy and Bean is the first book in Annie Barrows' beloved chapter book series, illustrated by Sophie Blackall. Bean is loud and adventurous, Ivy is quiet and reads a lot, and at first neither girl thinks she could be friends with the other. A mischievous plan changes all that and starts one of the most fun friendships in children's books. This Chronicle Books paperback is ideal for readers ages six to nine.
