Twelve Ordinary Men by John MacArthur (Paperback)

Jesus chose twelve ordinary men, fishermen, a tax collector, a zealot and others with no special status, to carry his message to the world. In this bestselling study, pastor John MacArthur looks closely at each of the apostles, their personalities, weaknesses and growth, and how Christ shaped them into leaders of the early church.

Written for general readers, the book draws practical lessons about discipleship, faith and the ways God uses imperfect people.

An encouraging read for personal study, small groups and anyone curious about the lives of the apostles.
