Year of the Mer by L. D. Lewis (Hardcover)

Year of the Mer by L. D. Lewis is a lush, sapphic reimagining of The Little Mermaid that explores family legacy, war and the price of vengeance. Twenty-five-year-old Yemaya Blackgate is close to inheriting the throne of Ixia, a crown she does not particularly want, after her father's assassination and her mother's slow death by poison. She also faces whispers from her own people because of her Mer ancestry. For fans of Circe.
